• Over mij : Welcome to my corner of fun and fitness! I'm all about balancing a healthy lifestyle with life's many adventures. A fitness addict at heart, you'll often find me lifting weights, doing yoga, or trying to run away from my cheat meals (they're way faster than me, though! ). Aside from keeping fit, I'm currently tackling the beautiful (and sometimes tricky) French language — "Parlez-vous français?" Let's see if you can teach me something new!
